Sometimes a small simple sentence can stick with you for the whole day and taint it with a rosy colour. It can tune it with an upbeat rhythm, it can season it with a bit of spice and can help you keep a positive spin on things. This is my Friday treat to you, a short sentence, an inspirational, a funny or simply a blatantly obvious one.

Now the only thing you will need to do is try your best to keep it in mind all day long. Maybe write it somewhere, or copy and paste it and remind it to yourself.
