Love yourself sick today!

We all have great plans to eat less, lose weight, exercise more. We all want a flatter stomach, more defined abs and a more toned bum! It’s great to want to improve but the only way you can truly be happy with the results of your efforts is by finding comfort in the way you are now. Otherwise you will keep hating yourself until you get to that objective, get frustrated for not getting there quickly enough. And sometimes you will still hate yourself when you reach that so called “perfect” stage because truly, you’re not happy with yourself.

So, here’s a little Friday advice: stop thinking you have two kilos to lose or handles to convert into abs. Exercise because it makes you feel good, eat healthily because you’re treating your body. And more importantly, allow yourself to indulge to satisfy your soul…
