When life gives you lemons you make lemonade… or maybe artwork? Or maybe you drink it every day in warm water to start up your digestion, rehydrate, warm up your body and just feel the benefits of that vitC and PH balancing action. Your morning ritual is a way to set the tone of the day. Do you take a moment to stretch, breathe? Do you journal? Do you exercise? Do you sing in the shower? Do you go outside? Do you prepare a nourishing breakfast? Think about one thing you could do for yourself every morning before starting your day, just a pure gift to yourself and try to stick to it for a week or so, see how you feel after that – they do say it takes 21 days to make a habit so maybe push it to three weeks if you can. And if during the day things get tough, think back to that little gift you made to yourself in the morning.
